| I teach you how to read the book and summarize key concepts for use in problem solving. I spend much of our time together doing problems to reinforce concepts. The sessions before exams are critical for focusing on the most important concepts and formulas instead of just memorizing everything. I help you reach the correct "Yin Yang" between understanding concepts and solving problems. You can do a lot of problems and develop excellent skills, but you also need to understand concepts. Very often on science and math exams, teachers include new types of problems to force you to apply concepts. Striking a balance between these two needs is what makes you optimally prepared for the exam. Knowing that you are completely ready puts you at ease or at peace before the exam.
