Stunning ocean and volcano views distinguish this non-smoking, one-bedroom, corner unit in the seaside village of Ma'alaea.  The central location of Ma'alaea makes it the perfect spot to spend a vacation on Maui.  The condo is located on the first floor and is 6 feet above ground level, providing very close proximity to the ocean (literally 40 feet) with considerable privacy and panoramic ocean views. Spectacular marine vistas greet guests from both living room and bedroom; warm tropical colors of the condo complement the ocean setting.  Breakfast on the lanai is a special treat as you watch the bay come alive with surfers, sail boats, snorkelers and the occasional whale.  Snorkel in your own backyard or stroll to a beach five minutes down Hauoli Street.  Relax by the pool.  At the end of the day, grill fresh island fish on the barbecue while watching the Maui sunset.  The condo has many amenities:  A/C (starting May 2008), King bed has twin Serta Perfect Sleeper mattresses with King  2" memory foam pad on top (very comfortable), Queen Sofabed, High Speed DSL, 2 TV's (living room has High Def. 32" LCD Flat Screen TV with High Def. Programming and High Def. HBO, DVR with 200 channels and DVD - record up to 30 hours of your favorite TV - and bedroom has 27" TV with DVD with 78 channels), CD Stereo; kitchen has GE Radiant range & oven, Microwave, Coffee Grinder/Maker, Can Opener/Knife Sharper, Dishwasher, Disposal, Ice Maker with water filter; Halogen Lights in Kitchen, Bedroom and living room, Washer & Dryer, Iron, Ironing Board, 5 Fans (3 powerful ceiling fans in kitchen, bedroom and living room), 2 outdoor propane BBQs, Pool, Reserved Parking. Our condo is now professionally managed by Island Resort Realty, providing thorough cleanings and excellent customer service should there be any problem with the condo.  Island Resort Realty is located in our building on the second floor.  Cleanings include regular window washing, carpet shampooing and periodic deep cleanings.
